UNCG Cru is a community where the gospel captures hearts, transforms lives, and launches men & women into a life-long adventure with Jesus Christ. We want to be a safe place to ask questions, do life together, grow, and impact the world. If you're curious what we believe, then browse our statement of faith. You are invited to watch, join, and participate with us. We have been part of the Spartan family of student organizations for over a decade, and have a passion to make a difference in the UNCG community.
Cru is a caring community passionate about connecting students and faculty to Christ.
You are a child of the King…know Christ (Gal. 4:1-7). We believe Jesus offers true life and freedom. College is the perfect place to discover Him, no matter where you are on your journey. Cru is a place to connect with others like you who don’t have it all together.
You are a servant of the King…surrender to Christ (Phil. 1:12-30). Life is about relationships and giving yourself for others. Cru is a community to call home, get rooted, and grow. You can get involved through large group Weekly Meetings, small group Bible Studies, and other Opportunities.
You are an ambassador to the King…share Christ (2 Cor. 5:11-21). We are excited about what God is doing in people's lives here. Our mission is to humbly show and tell about Jesus wherever we go. Also, we rejoice in sending students from UNCG with a missionary mindset to East Asia and wherever else around the world their career & life take them.

Cru is an interdenominational worldwide Christian ministry who cares deeply about college students. Cru has been serving on college campuses since 1951 and there are currently movements on over 1,000 campuses in the United States and in 191 countries around the world. Our mission on the college campus is two-fold: (1) we want every student to hear about the life-changing news of Jesus Christ, and (2) we want to help students grow in their relationship with Him.
